Dilly Ornament

We already cannot thank you enough for your support as we have gone through a roller coaster of November. Our customers and support team here at the store have been very understanding and helpful as we navigated the state of Michigan for treatment.

At the end of October, Dilly was diagnosed with a very large tumor inside of her her right kidney. Surgery was recommended immediately but due to the specifics of the tumor it could not be done at the first vet we went to in Metro Detroit. We, along with countless vets who helped us work on this case, reached out to many surgery departments to get a consultation. We were lucky enough to get an appointment at MSU and 10 days ago Dilly had her right kidney removed. The cancer that she was diagnosed with is quite rare and we were very lucky to find it when we did. Due to the rarity of her cancer, the prognosis is very unclear. What we do know is we are happy she is not in pain now and we will do our best to keep her happy, healthy and pain free for as long as we can! 

All of the proceeds from this ornament will go towards her surgery and ongoing care from here. We are so grateful for all of your support and kind words over the past few weeks.
